THE NATIONAL BANK OF ICELAND: HIVE HALL
We had the chance to collaborate with CF Moller in this competition for The National Bank of Iceland on Reykjavik back in 2018.
This beautiful hall was inspired in the natural shapes formed by the basalt rocks at the gorges from the native landscape. It is yet quite inspiring so finding an interesting shot of this area was quite easy. We had the diffuse white light of the Iceland landscape in our minds, so we just needed to find the perfect place were light/shadow/reflection could be balanced. We love the way the mossy rocks are overrunning the architecture, and making the whole experience be so related to the Iceland imaginary. It was a great pleasure to be involved in this process.
