HAVENESPORET RESIDENTIAL BLOCK: GLOWING DOLLHOUSE 

This is an Aerial matching we made up for the nice Norwegian studio Ola Roald. It is a residential block in Havnesporet, Sandefjord. We received a diffuse light site picture, from an overcast day, and we turned it into a dusky view, as the client was interested in showing a glowing interior.
The façade is composed by a simple grid, with nice terraces on it, which gains complexity with a second layer of wooden lamellas. The upper rooftops are shared by the community, where they can have a little orchard and common lounge space. Pure materials and pure shapes but nice and warm interiors where the object to showcase. The subject was to make this kind of doll house façade be welcoming and a shelter from this cold dusk set. At the same time a nice integration with the environment was an important goal to achieve. So we came up with this Nordic mood view.
